| dc.description.abstract | Iki yüzden fazla örümcek türü; cilt lezyonları, sistemik hastalıklar, nörotoksisite ve ölüme neden olabilen venom üretebilmektedir. Lat-- rodectus sp. (Karadul) türü örümcekler dünya geneline dağılmış durumdadır ve Iatrodectism'e neden olabilir. Bu makalede örümcek ısırmasına bağlı dirençli ciddi hipertansiyon gelişen 11 yaşındaki nadir bir erkek hasta sunulmuştur. Hasta öncesinde sağlıklı idi. Örüm-- ceğin fotoğrafları bir uzman ile konsülte edilerek, Latrodectus cinsine ait bir tür olduğu tespit edilmiştir. CAYD 2015;2(2):95-8. | |
| dc.description.abstract | More than 200 species of spiders produce toxic venoms that can cause skin lesions, systemic illnesses, neurotoxicity and death. Black widow spiders (Latrodectus sp.) are distributed worldwide and can cause Iatrodectism. We report rare case of previously healthy years old boy who developed acute severe hypertension caused by the spider’s envenomation. Photographic consultation with an expert in this field revealed the spider as member of Latrodectus genus. CAYD 2015;2(2):95-8. | |
