Özet
Bu çalısmada, ?2006?2007 ögretim yılında ögretmenlerin görüslerine göre 4. sınıf Türkçe ögrenci çalısma kitabı etkinliklerinin kazanımları gerçeklestirme düzeyi? arastırılmıstır. Nitel arastırma yaklasımıyla, 2006?2007 ögretim yılında Nevsehir'de görev yapan otuz 4. sınıf ögretmeniyle görüsme yapılmıs, görüsme yapılan ögretmenlerden 3'ü ders ortamında gözlemlenerek, doküman temin edilmistir. Görüsme için arastırmacı tarafından hazırlanan görüsme soruları, 3 kisilik ön deneme grubuna yöneltilmis ve alınan cevaplar dogrultusunda, görüsme formu sorularına son sekli verilmistir. Ögretmenlere görüsme formu soruları yöneltilmis ve elde edilen veriler, nitel veri çözümleme teknigi kullanılarak, kodlamalarla temalandırılmıs ve temalara anlam vererek yorumlanmıstır. Tezi hazırlayan arastırmacı tarafından gelistirilen gözlem formu kullanılarak, sınıftaki fiziksel ortam, ortamın sosyal boyutu ve dilin kullanımı (sınıf içi etkilesim), ortamda olusan etkinlikler ve ögrenen özellikleri ( ögrencilerin sorumluluk üstlenme ve göstermeleri gereken rolleri sergileme durumları) gözlemlenmistir. Gözlem V sonucu elde edilen veriler, nitel veri çözümleme teknigi kullanılarak kodlamalarla temalandırılmıs ve temalara anlam vererek yorumlanmıstır. Doküman olarak gözlem yapılan sınıflardaki ögretmenlerin Kasım ? Nisan dönemindeki 6 aylık sürede ögrencilerin etkinliklere katılım ve kazanımları edinme durumlarını kaydettikleri gözlem formları, aylara göre karsılastırmalı olarak incelenmistir. Söz konusu veri toplama teknikleriyle elde edilen veriler, içerik analizine tâbi tutulmustur. Arastırma sonucunda asagıdaki bulgular elde edilmistir: 1. Türkçe Ögretim Programında, ilkögretim 4. sınıf için belirlenen kazanım ve gerçeklestirilecek etkinliklerin, sınıf seviyesine uygun olup - olmadıgı konusunda ögretmenler genel olarak olumlu görüse sahiptirler. 2. Türkçe Ögretim Programında belirlenen kazanımları gerçeklestirmeye yönelik Türkçe ögrenci çalısma kitabında etkinliklere yer verildigi ancak etkinlik çesidinin yetersiz oldugu hakkında ögretmenler görüs bildirmislerdir. 3. Örneklemdeki ögretmenlerin etkinlik uygulamaları, görev yaptıkları yerlesim yerine göre (il - ilçe merkez, kasaba, köy) farklılıklar göstermektedir. 4. Örneklemdeki bütün ögretmenlerin Türkçe Ögretim Programındaki çoklu zekâ alanlarına yönelik kazanım ve etkinliklere iliskin olumlu görüse sahip oldukları görülmüstür. 5. Belirlenen kazanımları gerçeklestirmeye yönelik hazırlanan etkinliklere, ögrencilerin katılım yogunlugu, etkinlikten etkinlige farklılık göstermektedir. 6. Türkçe ögrenci çalısma kitabındaki etkinliklerin tamamına yakını bilissel alandaki bilgi, kavrama ve uygulama, az sayıda etkinligin de analiz ve sentez basamagına yönelik oldugu görülmüstür. Duyussal alana (deger verme, tepkide bulunma, yargıya varma?) yönelik az sayıda etkinlik oldugu gözlemlenmistir. Devinissel alana (beceri haline getirme?) yönelik ise yok denecek kadar az sayıda etkinlik oldugu gözlemlenmistir. 7. Örneklemdeki ögretmenler, belirlenen kazanımlara yönelik gerçeklestirilecek etkinliklerde amaçlara ulasılıp ulasılmadıgına yönelik ölçme-degerlendirme çalısmaları yapmadıklarını ifade etmislerdir. 8. Örneklemimizdeki ögretmenlerin yeni müfredatla ilgili, genel olarak olumlu görüse sahip oldukları görülmüstür.
In this study, sufficiency level of 4th grade Turkish students? workbook published by Ministry of Education in 2006- 2007 Education year has been investigated in order to obtain the target objectives according to the teachers? point of view. The researcher interviewed with thirty fourth grade teachers teaching in Nevsehir in 2006- 2007 Education year and with three of them, the researcher had observation in classroom setting. The results were documented using qualitative data approach techniques. The interview questions prepared by the researcher were asked to the three teachers for pre-test. According to the answers retrieved, the interview form questions were renewed. The data was analyzed using qualitative data techniques. Physical setting of the class, its social dimension and the flow of interaction, class activities as well as the learners? traits (their taking responsibility and their roles in the classroom) were observed by the researcher using upgraded observation forms. The data was analyzed and interpreted through qualitative analyzing techniques. The observation forms where the teachers were recorded fulfilling the objectives of the lessons in the period of six months between November and December were analyzed comparatively according to the months. The data was found with the relevant techniques. VII The following results were found at the end of the study; 1. The teachers have got positive attitude towards the level of activity objectives determined for the 4th graders in Turkish Teaching Program. 2. The teachers stated that there are activities to fulfill the objectives in Turkish Teaching Program. On the other hand, the activities are lack in variety. 3. The application of the activities changes from teacher to teacher according to the province (city, town, and village). 4. It was seen that the teachers in the sample had positive attitude towards the activities and objectives in the field of multiple intelligence theory in Turkish Teaching Program. 5. The participation of the students to the activities to carry out the target objectives of the lesson vary from one activity to another. 6. It was seen that almost all the activities in Turkish students? workbook were knowledge, comprehension and application oriented in cognitive area and a few of the activities were appropriate for analysis and synthesis level. It was also seen that there were few activities for sensory area (appreciation, being reactive). It was observed that there was not any activity embraced motor skills area. 7. The teachers in the sample stated that they did not do any assessment activity to investigate the objectives of the activities. 8. The teachers in the sample had positive attitude towards the new school curriculum.
