Özet
Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde milletin farklı şekillerde tanımlaması yapılarak, milletin anlam ve unsurlarına değinilmiştir. Yine milliyetçiliğin tanımlamaları ve anlamı açıklanarak Türk Milliyetçiliğinin tarihi gelişim aşamaları incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümün devamında Atatürk'ün millet ve milliyetçilik mefhumlarına ilişkin düşüncelerine yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Dündar Taşer'in hayatı hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi verilmektedir. Özellikle, Dündar Taşer'in ailesi ve çevresi hakkında gerekli bilgiler verildikten sonra Dündar Taşer'in hayatındaki önemli yaşam sayfaları sıralanmıştır. Bunlar: 27 Mayıs darbesi, Milli Birlik Komitesi, 13 Kasım ve 14'ler olayı, Cumhuriyetçi Köylü Millet Partisi, Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi'dir. Bunlar ile ilgili bilgiler verilirken yine, Dündar Taşer'in bunlarla ilişkileri ve çalışmaları da anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise Dündar Taşer'in devlet, vatan, nizam, batılılaşma, eğitim ve ilim, millet, milliyetçilik ve Türkçülük, Atatürk, kültür ve medeniyet, ordu, Osmanlı Devleti, Turancılık, Rusya ve Amerika, Türkiye'nin gelişimi, aydın gibi önemli konularda fikirleri incelenerek irdelenmiştir. Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi'nin amacına uygun olarak, sosyal bilgiler eğitimi için kullanılabilecek tarihten birçok örnek olay ve Dündar Taşer'in fikirleri bu çalışmada yer almaktadır. Bu çalışma oluşturulurken olayların içinde yer alan bireylerin görüşlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılmış olan eserlerden yararlanılırken özellikle olaylara bire bir tanıklık eden kişilerin eserlerinden yararlanmaya özen gösterilmiştir.
In the first section of the study, ?nationality? is defined in different ways and the meaning and the components of ?nationality? are mentioned. Also, ?nationalism? is defined and historical development stage of Turkish nationalism are investigated. In the following part of the first section there are Atatürk?s opinions about the concepts of nation and nationality. In the second part, there are detailed information about Dündar Taşer?s life. After giving necessary information about the family and the social environment of Dündar Taşer, the most important life pages of Dündar Taşer are lined up like this; May the 27th Coup, National Unity Committee, November the 13th and 14?s event, Republican Villager Nation Party, Nationalist Movement Party. Also the relationship between these life pages and him are stated and his studies about them are represented. In the third section his opinions about the collectivity, motherland, regularity, to westernize, education and science, nation, nationalism and Turkism, Atatürk, culture and civilization, army, Otoman Empire, Pan- Turkism, Russia and USA, development of Turkey and intellectuals are explicated. In this study, in accordance with the lessons of social studies, there are opinions of Dündar Taşer and many events from history which can be used for social studies education. It is benefited from the individuals? opinions who existed in events. So in this study, it is especially cared to use the literature of the people who bear witness to the events.
