dc.description.abstractİstatistik ders ve ders içeriğinin bu çalışmada incelenmesinin nedeni; istatistik eğitiminin her bilim dalım olduğu gibi, işletme ve iktisat bilimlerini de yakından etkileyebildiğini vurgulamaktır. İstatistik eğitiminin literatür ve uygulamanın her ikisinde de gerektiği gibi öğretilip kullanılmasının gerekli olduğu tartışmasız kabul edilmekle birlikte, Türkiye Üniversiteleri'nde istatistik eğitimi veren bölümlerin eksikliği ve yetersiz olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışma, işletme ve iktisat bölümlerinde istatistik eğitiminin yaygmlaştırılabilmesine ve etkinliğine katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır ve istatistik eğitimi kavramsal bir çerçevede incelendikten sonra, Türkiye Üniversiteleri'nde fakültelerin işletme ve iktisat bölümlerinde istatistik eğitimini yürüten öğretim üyelerine posta ve internet ortamında uygulanan anket yöntemine dayalı araştırmanın, sonuçları açıklanmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractThe reason for investigating the statistics lecture and outline of this lecture is to emphasize that statistics education is an important factor which affects the economics and management as if affects all other science. The statistics education has to be taught and used as needed in both literature and practice. However, it is known that departments, which give statistics education at Turkish Universities, are insufficient and weak. This paper aims to provide a contribution for spreading the usage and effectness of statistics education in both management and economics departments and, after observing the statistics education in conceptual manner, the? result of the survey studies, which is applied to statistics lecturers in management and economics departments of Turkey Universities, based on mail method, is clarified.
