dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Niğde bölgesi elektrik dağıtım şebekesinin güvenirlik analizi yapılmaktadır. Güvenirlik analizi analitik yöntem ve Monte Carlo metodu kullanılarak geliştirilen yeni bir algoritma ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Güvenirlik analizi için kullanılan arıza sayısı, kesinti süresi, tamir süresi, abone sayısı, ortalama yük ve tek hat şemaları 2009 yılı için MEDAŞ Niğde Bölge İşletme Müdürlüğünden alınmıştır. Alınan bu bilgiler kullanılarak Ulukışla, Çamardı ve Altunhisar fiderlerinin ve bu fiderlerin beslediği bölgelerin güvenirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Bölgelerin ve fiderlerin güvenirlik indisleri hesaplanırken orta gerilim seviyesinde, analitik yöntem ve Monte Carlo metodu kullanılmıştır. Analizler Matlab ortamında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alçak gerilim seviyesinde ise güvenirlik indislerini belirlemek için sadece analitik yöntem kullanılmıştır. Sistemin (bölgenin yada fiderin) güvenirliğinin belirlenmesinde etkin üç temel indis hesaplanmıştır. Bu indisler ortalama kesinti sıklığı indisi, (SAIFI) ortalama kesinti süresi indisi (SAIDI) ve müşteri ortalama kesinti süresi (CAIDI) indisidir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda Ulukışla fiderinin güvenirliliğinin diğer fiderlere nazaran zayıf olduğu saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the reliability analysis of electricity distribution network in Nigde region is performed. The reliability is performed by analytically and the developed algorithm by using Monte Carlo method. The failure number, downtime, repair time, the number of subscribers, average load, and single line diagrams used for reliability analysis was taken from MEDAS Nigde Region Operations Management for the year of 2009. Using these received information, the reliability analysis of Ulukışla Camardi and Altunhisar feeders and the regions supplied by these feeders was performed. Calculating the reliability indices of the regions and the feeders at the medium voltage level, the analytical method and Monte Carlo method is used. Analyses was performed in Matlab environment. For the low voltage level, only analytical method was used to determine the reliability indices. To determine the reliability of the system (region or feeder), three effective reliability index was calculated. These indices are the average interruption frequency index, (SAIFI), the average interruption duration index (SAIDI) and customer average interruption duration index (CAID). After the analyses, it was observed that the reliability of Ulukışla feeder is poor when compared with the other feeders of the electricity network of Nigde region.
