Özet
Bu çalışmada 1955-1960 yılları arasında Niğde'de çıkan Niğde'nin Sesi gazetesine göre Niğde'nin Siyasi, Ekonomik, Sosyal ve Kültürel Yapısı anlatılmıştır. Şehir tarihleri yazılırken o şehirde çıkmış gazetelerin verdiği her türden bilgi, belge ve haberler önemli bilgi kaynakları olarak kullanılır. Beş yıl çeşitli aralıklarla çıkan gazete, Niğde'nin mikro ve makro düzeyde pek çok meselesini ele alıp bir almanak gibi ortaya çıkarmıştır. Niğde'nin Sesi gazetesinin 1955-1960 yılları arasındaki nüshaları Niğde Ömer Halis Demir Üniversitesi Kütüphanesinden temin edilerek şehrin sosyal, siyasal, ekonomik ve kültürel hayatına ilişkin bilgiler verilmiştir. 1955-1960 yılları Türkiye'nin kalkınma hamlelerinin yapıldığı yıllardır. Anadolu'nun kırsal bir bölgesinde olan Niğde hem tarım ve hayvancılık, hem de sanayi alanında ilerlemek için gerekli adımları atmıştır. Niğde'de okuma yazma ve kültürlenme oranı arttıkça toplumda meydana gelen adlî olayların azaldığı görülmüştür. Kültür ve edebiyat adamlarının duygu ve düşüncelerini aktardığı gazetede Türk edebiyatına zengin eserler kazandırılmıştır. Bu çalışmada 1955-1960 yıllarında meydana gelen bu değişiklikler, yenilik ve dönüşümler irdelenip anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
In this study, according to Niğde'nin Sesi newspaper that was published in Niğde between 1955-1960, the political, economic, social and cultural structure of Niğde is expalained While the city histories are being written all kind of information, documents and news provided by the newspaper published in that city are important sorces of information. The newspaper published at various intervals fot 5 years, have emerged like on almanac by handling many issves of Niğde. The information related to the social, political, economic and cultural life of the city wes give by obtoining the copise of the Niğde'nin Sesi Newspaper between 1955-1960 from Library of Niğde University. The years of 1955-1960 was time of that Turkey realized the development. Niğde, whic is in arural are on of Anatolia, has taken the necesarry steps in either agriculture and livestocd or industry. It has seen that as tha rate of literacy and acculturation increosed in Niğde, the number of forensic events in the society decreased. The rich works are gained to Turkish literature via the nevspaper, where the culture and literaray men corvey their feelings and thoughts. These changes, innovtions, nd transformations that occured between 1955 and 1960 are scrutinizing and tried to be explained.
