Özet
Kuraklık, tuzluluk vb. abiyotik stres koşulları değişen iklim şartları ile tarımsal üretimde bir risk olmaktadır. Üretimi kısıtlayan bu etmenlerden soğan da bu çevresel koşullara hassas olmasından dolayı nasibini almıştır. Bu çalışmada 12 adet seçilmiş kısa gün soğan genotipini saksılarda ve sera koşullarında yetiştirip, tuz, kuraklık ve tuz ile aynı anda kuraklık stresine dayanıklılıklarını verim parametrelerini baz alarak incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda tuz stresi konusunda en toleranslı görülen genotipler K51, K18 ve K41 olmuştur. Tuz ile aynı anda uygulanan kuraklık stresine toleranslı olduğu görülen genotipler ise K25 ve K41 olmuştur. Kuraklık stresi ise genotipleri en çok etkileyen abiyotik stres etmeni olmuştur. Kuraklık stresinde de yine K41 genotipi gösterdiği toleransla dikkatleri çekmektedir.

Onion is also get affected from this abiotic stress conditions due to its sensitivity to these environmental conditions In this study, 12 selected short-day onion genotypes are cultivated in pots and greenhouse conditions and examined their resistance to salt, drought and salt and drought stress at the same time, based on yield parameters. In this study, the most tolerant genotypes for salt stress were K51, K18 and K41. Genotypes that were found to be tolerant to drought stress applied with salt were K25 and K41. Drought stress was the most effective abiotic stress contition for our genotypes and it became harmfull more than the others but again, the K41 genotype attracts attention with its tolerance to drought stress.
