14-16 yaş grubu basketbolcularda theraband antrenmanının sıçrama yetisine etkisi

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, theraband antrenmanının basketbolcuların dikey sıçrama yetisine etkisini belirlemektir. Çalışmaya yaşları 14-16 arasında değişen toplamda 20 erkek sporcu dahil edilmiştir. Bu 20 sporcu kendi içerisinde sadece basketbol idmanı yapan kontrol grubu (KG) (n=10) ve bu idmana ek olarak theraband antrenmanı yapan deney grubu (DG) (n=10) şeklinde iki ayrı gruba ayrılmıştır. Sporcular tarafından yapılan dikey sıçramanın uzunluğu, çalışmanın hemen başında ve 8 hafta boyunca uygulanan theraband antrenmanı sonrasında olmak üzere iki defa ölçülmüştür. Sporcuların dikey sıçrama uzunluklarının ön test-son testi arasındaki farkın belirlenebilmesi için Wilcoxon testi yapılmıştır. Analiz neticesinde sporcuların ön test-son testleri arasında anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılığın olduğu (p<0,05) ve gruplar arası karşılaştırma sonucunda deney grubu dikey sıçrama performansı artışının, kontrol grubu performans artışına göre anlamlı derecede yüksek çıktığı tespit edilmiştir (p<0,01). Sonuç olarak theraband antrenmanlarının dikey sıçrama yetisine olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Uygulanan theraband antrenmanının dikey sıçramada etkili kas grupları üzerinde oluşturduğu hipertrofik etkilerden kaynaklanmış olabileceği düşünülmektedir.
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of theraband training on the vertical jump ability of basketball players. A total of 20 male athletes aged between 14 and 16 were included in the study. These 20 athletes were divided into two separate groups as the control group (KG) (n=10), who only did basketball training, and the experimental group (DG) (n=10), who did theraband training in addition to this training. The length of the vertical jump made by the athletes was measured twice, at the beginning of the training and after the theraband training applied for 8 weeks. The Wilcoxon test was used to determine the difference between the vertical jump lengths of the athletes in the pre-test and post-test. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-tests of the athletes (p<0.05) and as a result of the comparison between the groups, the increase in the vertical jump performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than the increase in the performance of the control group (p<0.01). As a result, it has been determined that theraband training has a positive effect on vertical jump ability. It is thought that the applied theraband training may have resulted from the hypertrophic effects on the muscle groups effective in vertical jumping.
