Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, voleybol branşı ile uğraşan sporcuların kullandıkları psikolojik performans stratejilerinin incelenmesi ve antrenmanlarda ve müsabakalarda kullanılan stratejilerin kullanım düzeylerinin karşılaştırılmasıdır. Çalışmaya 15-24 yaş arasında 134 gönüllü voleybolcu katılmıştır. Sporcuların kullandıkları psikolojik performans stratejilerini ve bu stratejilerin düzeylerini belirlemek üzere Thomas ve arkadaşlarının tasarladığı Psikolojik Performans Stratejileri testi kullanılmıştır. Sporcuların sahip oldukları stratejilerin değerlerinin belirlenmesi ve bazı değişkenlere göre karşılaştırılması amacıyla Bağımsız Örneklem t testi kullanılmıştır. Bu testlerin analizi için SPSS 22,0 programı kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda antrenman alt ölçeğinde kullanılan stratejiler arasında en yüksek ortalamaya kendinle konuşma becerisi sahip olmuştur. Antrenman alt ölçeğinde en az kullanılan beceri stratejisi olarak da dikkat kontrolü saptanmıştır. Müsabaka alt ölçeğinde ise en fazla kullanılan strateji olarak da aktivasyon becerisi olarak belirlenirken, en düşük düzeyde kullanılan beceri stratejisi de rahatlama olarak bulunmuştur. Antrenman ve müsabakada kullanılan becerilerin karşılaştırılması sonucunda ise hedef belirleme ve imgeleme becerileri dışındaki tüm becerilerde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, voleybol branşı ile uğraşan sporcuların psikolojik becerilerin kullanımı düzeylerinin belirlenmesi sağlanmış ve ne tür becerilerin daha fazla oranda çalıştırılması gerektiği ortaya konmuştur.
The aim of this study was to examine the performance strategies of volleyball players. Total 134 voluntary amateur volleyball players between the ages of 14-25 participated in the study. Performance strategies of volleyball players were determined with Test of Performance Strategies that designed by Thomas et al., 1999.Independent Sample t test was employed to find out the intra-group differences. For those analysis and descriptive values SPSS 22.0 was used. For testing the hypotheses, the level of significance was set at 0.05. According to the obtained results, it was determined that the shooting speed, shooting accuracy and agility performance improved statistically significantly after the vibration training (p <0.05). As a result, acute vibration training has been shown to improve shooting speed, shooting accuracy and agility performance. Results indicated that in practice scale highly used strategie was self-talk and the lowest usage percentage was attention control. Meanwhile, competition scale results indicated that the highest used strategie was activation and lowest used strategie was relaxation. While comparison of differences between practice and competition scales strategies it is found that except of goal setting and imagery all other strategies showed significant differences. Finally, in this study psychological performance strategies' averages of volleyball players were ensured and it is exhibited that to which strategies should be thought and focused.
