dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın temel amacı Mersin ilinde faaliyet gösteren üç- dört- beş yıldızlı otel işletmeleri ve A grubu seyahat acentalarının Basel - II Kriterleri’ne uyum düzeyinin analiz edilmesidir. Bu bağlamda oluşturulan anketle Mersin ilinde faaliyet gösteren 11 adet 3 yıldızlı, 12 adet 4 yıldızlı, 3 adet 5 yıldızlı otel işletmesi ile 28 adet A grubu seyahat acentasından veri toplanmıştır. İşletmelerden elde edilen veriler frekans analizine tabii tutulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda otel işletmelerinin ve seyahat acentalarının Basel II kriterlerini bilmedikleri ve finansal kararlar alırken bu kriterleri uygulamadıkları saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this study is to analyzing of compliance process for Basel - II criterions of three - four- five stars hotel companies and group A travel agencies operated in Mersin city. In this context, data were collected by questionnaire created from 11 three stars, 12 four stars, 3 five stars hotel companies and 28 group A travel agencies operating in the Mersin city. The data obtained from these companies that were subjected to frequency analysis. In the analysis result, it is determined that the hotel companies and travel agents have no information about the Basel II criterions.
