| dc.description.abstract | Terörizm, uzunca bir zamandır Türkiye'nin en önemli problemlerinden biri olmaya devam etmektedir. Bu süreç içinde terör sorununun çözümü konusunda askeri yöntemlerin kullanılması, Türkiye 'nin terörle mücadele stratejisinin ana eksenini oluşturmuştur. Terörizmin sadece silahlı mücadele ile çözülebileceği yaklaşımı, Türkiye'nin terörle mücadele stratejisinde insan hakları kavramının bir şekilde ihmal edilmesine yol açmıştır, işte bu nedenlerden dolayı, bu çalışmada terörle mücadeledeki yapısal dönüşüm ve insan hakları sorunu, Türk Hukuk Sistemini oluşturan mevzuat ve yargı kararları irdelenerek araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | For many years terrorism has been one of the most important issues for the nation of Turkey. During this current period "The War Model" was the main strategy of Turkish National Policy on Combating Terrorism. As a result of this strategy, human rights issue was ignored whilst Turkish Terrorism Policy was being implemented. This has lead to a negative impact on Turkey's image in the international society. Due to these reasons, in this study; Turkey's human rights problem whilst struggling with terrorism will be analyzed by reviewing Turkish Legal System. | |
