Özet
Bu tezde, vollastonit katkılı yüksek performanslı harcın (YPH) taze, mekanik ve durabilite özellikleri deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. İlk aşamada vollastonit mineralinin literatür çalışmaları dışında belirlenen özel bir yöntemle sentetik olarak üretimi yapılmış, ikinci aşamada ise sentetik vollastonit YPH üretiminde kullanılmıştır. Vollastonit katkılı yüksek performanslı harç (VYPH) üretimi 0.33 sabit su/bağlayıcı (çimento+vollastonit) oranıyla, 132±10 mm sabit bir yayılma çapıyla ve yüksek oranda su azaltıcı katkı (süper akışkanlaştırıcı) kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk olarak, kontrol harcı sabit su/bağlayıcı oranı ile üretilmiş ve daha sonra sentetik vollastonit sırasıyla, %3, %6, %9 ve %12 oranlarında her defasında çimentonun yerine ikinci bir bağlayıcı malzeme olarak ikame edilmiştir. Üretilen harçların sarsma tablasında yayılma çapı ölçülmüştür. Sonrasında, harçlara basınç ve eğilme testlerinin yanı sıra ultrasonik titreşim hızı, kılcal su geçirimliliği ve hızlı klor geçirimliliği testleri 28. ve 90. günlerde uygulanmıştır. Deney sonuçlarına göre, vollastonit miktarının artmasıyla yayılma çapı giderek azalmış, mekanik ve durabilite özellikleri %9’a kadar iyileşmiştir.
In this thesis, fresh, mechanical and durability properties of high performance mortar (HPM) incorporating wollastonite have been experimentally investigated. In the first stage, the wollastonite mineral was synthetically produced by a special method found outside of the literature studies and in the second stage, synthetic wollastonite was used in the production of HPM. The production of high performance mortar incorporating wollastonite (HPMW) was carried out with a constant water/binder (cement+wollastonite) ratio of 0.33 and a constant slump flow of 132±10 mm by using a high range water reducing admixture (super plasticizer). Initially, the control mortar was produced with a constant water/binder ratio and then, synthetic wollastonite was substituted as a second binder material instead of cement in the ratios of 3%, 6%, 9% and 12%, respectively. Slump diameter of the mortars was measured in the flow table. Subsequently, compressive and flexural tests as well as ultrasonic pulse velocity, water sorptivity and rapid chlorine permeability tests were conducted at 28th and 90th days. According to the test results, the slump diameter gradually decreased and mechanical and durability properties improved up to 9% with the increase of wollastonite amount
