dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, müzik öğretmenlerinin öğretim stillerini tercih etme düzeylerini tespit etmektir. Araştırmada; müzik öğretmenlerinin öğretim stillerini tercih etme düzeyleri, belirlenen değişkenlere göre karşılaştırılmaktadır. Bu değişkenler cinsiyet, hizmet süresi, öğrenim durumu, demirbaş çalgının bulunma durumu, müzik derslerinde öğretmen ve öğrenci tarafından kullanılan çalgılar, mesleki eğitimlerinde öğrenimini gördükleri çalgılar, müzik odasının bulunma durumu, sınıf mevcudu, hizmet içi eğitime katılma durumu, öğretim yöntem ve teknikleriyle ilgili öğrenim görme durumudur. Araştırma, ilişkisel araştırma türlerinden nedensel karşılaştırma araştırmaları grubunda yer almaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında uygulama yapılan iller Aydın, Balıkesir, Bitlis, Bursa, Erzurum, Kastamonu, Konya, Mardin, Mersin, Niğde, Rize ve Sinop’tur. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu 2012-2013 eğitim-öğretim yılında sözü edilen 12 ilde görev yapan 245 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda müzik öğretmenlerinin çoğunluğunun (%33,5), kolaylaştırıcı/kişisel model/uzman öğretim stili grubunu diğer öğretim stili gruplarına oranla daha çok tercih etmekte olduğu belirlenmiştir. Müzik öğretmenlerinin en az tercih ettikleri (%12,7) öğretim stili grubunun ise temsilci/kolaylaştırıcı/uzman öğretim stili grubu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ayrıca müzik öğretmenlerinin öğretim stillerini tercih etme düzeylerinin bazı değişkenlere göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip-göstermediği incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the level of chosen teaching styles by music teachers. In the study; the level of preferred teaching styles by music teachers are compared according to certain variables. These variables are; the gender, length of teaching service, education level, the presence of music instrument's fixtures, musical instruments used during the music classes by teachers and students, the musical instruments used by the students who are trained as musicians during the vocational training, the presence of music room, students per class, the status of participating in inservice training, the state of studying regarding teaching methods and techniques of music education. The study has taken place in the casual research group among the relational research types. The scope of the research includes the provinces of Aydın, Balıkesir, Bitlis, Bursa, Erzurum, Kastamonu, Konya, Mardin, Mersin, Niğde, Rize and Sinop. The sample group of the study is comprised of 245 music teachers who serve in the above mentioned 12 provinces in the 2012-2013 academic years. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the majority of the music teachers, which makes %33.5, prefer the styles of the facilitator /personal model / expert teaching models much more when compared to the other teaching style groups. The least preference group (% 12.7) chosen by the music teachers has also been determined as delegator/facilitator/expert teaching styles. In the study, it has also been examined whether the preference level of teaching styles used by music teachers shows the significant difference or not according to some variables.
