Küreselleşme ekseninde Türkiye'nin Avrupa Birliği'ne uyum sürecinde kadın istihdamının analizi

Özet
İşgücü piyasaları, küreselleşme sürecinin etkilediği ve değiştirdiği ekonomik göstergelerden birisidir. Bu alandaki etkileri özellikle işsizlik ve istihdam üzerinde ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Küreselleşmenin her alanda olduğu gibi işgücü piyasalarında da olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri bulunmaktadır. Özellikle istihdam konusunda olumlu etkiler yaratan küreselleşme, kadının ekonomiye katılımını sağlayarak kadın istihdamını artırmıştır. Küreselleşmenin kadınlara sağlamış olduğu fayda göz önünde bulundurularak kadın istihdamını artırmanın ekonomiye sağlayacağı katkılar yadsınamayacak derecededir. Çalışmamızda küreselleşmenin getirdiği değişimle birlikte, Türkiye'nin AB'ye üyelik süreci içerisinde kadın istihdamı alanında sağlaması gereken kriterlere ne derecede uyum gösterdiği analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Türkiye'de kadın istihdamının yorumlanabilmesi için öncelikle ülkelere yol gösterici nitelikte bir topluluk olan AB'de istihdam politikaları ve işleyiş incelenmiştir. Daha sonra Türkiye'de uygulanan politikalar neticesinde AB istihdam politikalarından yola çıkılarak, ekonomiye yansıyan göstergeler vasıtasıyla incelenmiş ve AB ile karşılaştırmalı analizi yapılmıştır. Kadının ekonomiye katılımı ile gerçekleşecek olan etkileri daha net görebilmek için güçlü-zayıf analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, nüfusun yarısını oluşturan kadınların istihdam edilmesiyle kadınların kendilerine güveninin arttığı, yaşam koşullarının iyileştiği, kadının toplumsal değerinin arttığı, ekonomik kalkınmanın sağlandığı vb. birçok alanda katkı sağlayacağı kanısına varılmıştır.
Labor markets are one of the economic indicators that have been changing by globalization process. The effects on this field commonly appears on unemployment and employment. Globalization has positive and negative effects on labor market just like on all fields. Globalization that creating positive effects especially on employment, redounded women employment by including women in to the economy. By considering benefits of globalization for women, redounding women employment contributes much to economy. In this work I tried to analyze, does Turkey anwer the criterions of European Union about women employment, in the membership process to European Union. First, I examined employment policies of European Union -a pathfinder community for countries- for interpreting women employment in Turkey. After that, policies that applied in Turkey examined based on European Union employment policies and made a comparative analysis between Turkey and European Union. A Strong-Weak analysis applied for showing the positive effects of women employment. As a result, by employing women, that creating half of the population, women gained self-confidence, life conditions got better, women's social value increased, economic development provided. And this situation will provide too much benefits in the future.
