Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, müzik öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırma eğitimine yönelik öz yeterlik düzeylerini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda müzik öğretmenlerinin öz yeterlik düzeylerinin cinsiyete, yaşa, mezun olunan fakülteye, mesleki deneyime ve çalışılan eğitim kademesine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında Gaziantep ilinde görev yapan 251 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak "Kaynaştırma Eğitimine Yönelik Müzik Öğretmeni Öz Yeterliği Ölçeği" ve kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analiz edilmesi sürecinde T testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda müzik öğretmenlerinin öz yeterlik düzeylerinin cinsiyete, yaşa, mezun olunan fakülteye, mesleki deneyime ve çalışılan eğitim kademesine göre farklılık göstermediği bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın sonuçları ilgili literatür ışığında tartışılmış araştırmacı ve uygulayıcılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The purpose of this research is to determine the self-efficacy levels of music teachers towards inclusive education. For this purpose, it was examined whether the self-efficacy levels of music teachers differ according to gender, age, faculty graduated, professional experience and educational level studied. The study group of the research consists of 251 music teachers working in Gaziantep in the 2022-2023 academic year. "Music Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale for Inclusive Education" and a personal information form were used as data collection tools in the study. T test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to analyze the data. As a result of the research, it was found that the self-efficacy levels of music teachers did not differ according to gender, age, faculty graduated, professional experience and educational level. The results of the research were discussed in the light of the relevant literature and suggestions were made to researchers and practitioners.
