Özet
Öğretmen bir diğer adıyla eğitmen, önceden milli eğitim tarafından belirlenen programları belirli bir plan dahilinde uygulayan profesyonel kişidir. Aynı zaman da anne babadan sonra insan hayatında önemli izler bırakan kişidir. Öğretmenlik her alanda donanımlı olmayı gerektirir. Öğretmen özverili, hoşgörülü, sabırlı, yeniliklere açık, bireysel farklılara önem veren, ileri görüşlü, açık görüşlü-objektif, toplumsal değerlere önem veren kişidir. Donanımlı, etkili ve kaliteli öğretmen yetiştirmek için öğretmeninde mesleki tutum ve doyumu önemli faktörlerdir. Bu sebeple sadece mesleki tutum değil, iş doyumu da öğretmenin etkili öğretim yapabilmesi için önemlidir. Bu araştırma, Türkçe öğretmenlerinin öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumları ile iş doyumları arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Türkçe öğretmenlerinin öğretmenlik mesleğini tercihlerine ilişkin tutumları ile iş doyumları arasındaki ilişkinin ne düzeyde olduğu araştırmanın alt problemlerini oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma, tarama (survey) modelinde yapılandırılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Niğde il merkezine bağlı okullardaki 112 Türkçe öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Türkçe öğretmenlerinin öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarıyla iş doyumları arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendiren bu tez çalışmasında iki ölçek formu kullanılmıştır. Birincisi "İş Doyum Ölçeği", ikincisi ise "Mesleki Tutum Ölçeği"dir. Araştırma sonucunda; işin kendisi alt boyutunun öğretmenliğe yönelik tutumu olumlu etkilediği, yönetim alt boyutunun öğretmenliğe yönelik tutumu olumlu etkilediği, ücret alt boyutunun öğretmenliğe yönelik tutumu olumlu etkilediği, bireyler arası ilişkiler alt boyutunun öğretmenliğe yönelik tutumu olumlu etkilediği, başarı, saygınlık ve tanınma alt boyutunun öğretmenliğe yönelik tutumu olumlu etkilediği, veli, öğrenci ilgisizliği alt boyutunun öğretmenliğe yönelik tutumu olumlu etkilediği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. A teacher, also known as an instructor, is a professional person who implements the programs previously determined by the national education within a certain plan. At the same time He is the person who leaves important traces in human life after his parents. Teaching requires being equipped in every field. A teacher is a person who is self-sacrificing, tolerant, patient, open to innovations, attaches importance to individual differences, is forward-thinking, open-minded-objective, and attaches importance to social values. In order to train well-equipped, effective and quality teachers, teachers' professional attitude and satisfaction are important factors. For this reason, not only professional attitude but also job satisfaction is important for the teacher to teach effectively. This research was designed to reveal the relationship between Turkish teachers' attitudes towards the teaching profession and their job satisfaction. The level of relationship between Turkish teachers' attitudes towards their choice of teaching profession and their job satisfaction constitutes the sub-problems of the research. This research is structured in the survey model. The population of the research consists of 112 Turkish teachers in schools in Niğde city center. Two scale forms were used in this thesis study, which evaluated the relationship between Turkish teachers' attitudes towards the teaching profession and their job satisfaction. The first is the "Job Satisfaction Scale" and the second is the "Professional Attitude Scale". As a result of the research; The job itself sub-dimension positively affects the attitude towards teaching, the management sub-dimension positively affects the attitude towards teaching, the wage sub-dimension positively affects the attitude towards teaching, the interpersonal relations sub-dimension positively affects the attitude towards teaching, the success, prestige and recognition sub-dimension positively affects the attitude towards teaching. It has been concluded that the parent and student indifference sub-dimension positively affects the attitude towards teaching. Key Words: Teaching profession, attitude, teacher, satisfaction.
