dc.description.abstractBu çalışma ile Niğde İli Merkez İlçesinde bulunan 14 adet betonarme ve 7 adet yığma yapının Kentsel Dönüşüm Kanunu ile düzenlenen RYTEİE-2019’a göre riskli bina tespit analizleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler RYTEİE-2013’e göre yapılan riskli bina tespit analizleri ile karşılaştırılarak RYTEİE-2019 ile yapılan değişikliklerin binaların riskli olma durumlarına etkisinin neler olduğu amaçlanmıştır. RYTEİE-2019’e göre yapılan bina analizleri neticesinde riskli olduğu tespit edilen 14 adet betonarme binanın RYTEİE 2019’a göre yapılan analiz sonuçlarında 3 adet betonarme binanın riskli olmadığı görülmüştür. RYTEİE-2019’a göre yapılan analizlerde binalarda risk sınırını aşan kolon sayılarının, sınır değerini aşan kesme kuvvetlerinin toplam kesme kuvvetlerine oranının ve kat ötelenme oranlarının RYTEİE-2013’e göre yapılan analizlere göre daha az olduğu görülmüştür. Ortalama eksenel gerilmeler ve kattaki sınır değerlerinde RYTEİE-2013’a göre yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre daha fazla olduğu görülmüştür. RYTEİE-2019’e göre yapılan analizlerde kolonların rijitliklerinin arttığı görülmüştür. Analizleri yapılan 7 adet yığma binanın ise RYTEİE-2019’a göre yapılan analiz sonuçlarında binaların hepsininin riskli çıkarak RYTEİE-2013’e göre yapılan analiz sonuçları ile uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür. dc.description.abstractWith this study, 14 reinforced concrete and 7 masonry buildings in the Central District of Niğde Province were analyzed according to RYTEİE-2019, regulated by the Urban Transformation Law. By comparing the obtained data with the risky building detection analysis made according to RYTEİE-2013, it is aimed what the effects of the changes made with RYTEİE-2019 on the risky situations of the buildings. In the analysis results of 14 reinforced concrete buildings, which were determined to be risky as a result of the building analysis made according to RYTEİE-2019, it was seen that 3 reinforced concrete buildings were not risky. In the analyzes made according to RYTEİE-2019, it was seen that the number of columns exceeding the risk limit in buildings, the ratio of the shear forces exceeding the limit value to the total shear forces and the floor drift ratios were less than the analysis made according to RYTEİE-2013. It was seen that the average axial stresses and limit values at the floor are higher than the analysis results made according to RYTEİE-2013. In the analyzes made according to RYTEİE-2019, it was seen that the stiffness of the columns increased. In the analysis results of the 7 masonry buildings analyzed according to RYTEİE-2019, it was seen that all of the buildings were found to be risky and are compatible with the analysis results according to RYTEİE-2013.
