Özet
Bu çalışma, yedi bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; tezde kullanılan kavramların literatür bilgileri ve ikinci bölümde; belirsizlik için önerilen fuzzy küme, rough küme, soft küme teorileri ile soft topolojik uzay kavramı ve bunların bazı özellikleri verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; soft topolojik uzayda soft komşuluğun bazı özellikleri ve soft süzgeç kavramı ile temel özellikleri çalışılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde; soft topolojik uzaylarda yeni soft küme çeşitleri tanımlanmış ve özellikleri incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde; yeni soft süreklilik kavramları verilmiş ve bunlarla soft sürekliliğin çeşitli dağılımları elde edilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde; zayıf soft yapı kavramı ve ?(w ?), ?(w ?), ?(w ?), ?(w ?), ?(w ?), r(w ?) yapıları incelenmiştir. Yedinci bölümde; çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri kullanılarak tıp alanında uygulamalar verilmiştir.
This study consists of seven sections. In the first section; literature knowledges of concepts used in thesis and in the second section; fuzzy set, rough set and soft set theories which proposed for vagueness and the concept of soft topological space and their some properties were given. In the third section; some soft neighbourhood properties in a soft topological space were studied and the concept of soft filter with its some properties were studied. In the fourth section; new types of soft sets in soft topological spaces were defined and their properties were investigated. In the fifth section; the concepts new different soft continuity were given and the decompositions of soft continuity were obtained by using them. In the sixth section; the concept of weak soft structure and the structures ?(w ?), ?(w ?), ?(w ?), ?(w ?), ?(w ?), r(w ?) were investigated. In the seventh section; using multicriteria decision making methods, applications in medicine were given.
