Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında, Niğde ilinin belirli bir bölgesinde trafik kaynaklı gürültü kirliliğinin ve gürültü ölçüm değerlerinin zamansal dağılımlarının belirlenmesi ve çözümlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Burada ki temel amaç trafik yoğunluğunun en çok olduğu bölge dikkate alınarak gürültü analizi gerçekleştirmektir. Ölçüm sonuç grafiğine göre; Niğde şehir merkezinin ölçüm noktasında gürültü değerlerinin Çevresel Gürültünün Değerlendirilmesi ve Yönetimi Yönetmeliği'ne göre açık trafik alanları için belirlenen sınır değer (68 dBA)'i aştığı, Niğde ilinde karayolu trafik gürültüsünün önemli seviyelere ulaştığı bulunmuştur. Netice itibari ile bu istenmeyen gürültü etkisinin çözümü ve giderilmesine yönelik alternatifler ve görüşler sunulmuştur.
In this thesis, It is aimed to determine and analyze the temporal distribution of traffic-induced noise pollution and noise measurement values ??in a certain region of Nigde province. The main purpose here is to perform noise analysis by considering the region with the highest traffic density. According to the measurement result chart; It was found that the noise values ??at the measurement point of the city center of Niğde exceeded the limit value (68 dBA) determined for open traffic areas according to the Environmental Noise Assessment and Management Regulation, and road traffic noise in Niğde province reached significant levels. As a result, alternatives and opinions are presented for the solution and elimination of this unwanted noise effect.
