Azerbaycan'da demokratikleşme çabaları: 1991 sonrası bağımsızlık sürecinin genel analizi

Özet
20. yüzyılda dünyada yaşanan gelişmeler, önemli değişimlere neden olmuştur. Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birliği'nin (SSCB) dağılmasından sonra 1960'lı yıllardan 1990'lı yıllara kadar devam eden kutuplaşma (bu kutuplaşmaya "kapitalist ve sosyalist karşı durması" da denilebilir) son bulmuş. Soğuk Savaş dönemi, ilk önce "Doğu Bloğu" sonra da bu bloğa önderlik eden SSCB'nin dağılması sonucunda sosyalizm çıkmaza girmiştir. Sonuçta Doğu Bloğu'nu oluşturan ülkeler ve SSCB'nin dağılmasından sonra bağımsızlığını kazanan ülkeler yeni düzene liberal politikalara geçiş yaptılar. Eskiden kapalı devlet yapısına sahip olan bu ülkeler küreselleşmenin de etkisiyle yeniden yapılanmaya gidildi. SSCB'nin dağılmasından sonra bağımsızlığını kazanan Azerbaycan, çağdaş dünyaya uyum sağlamak için demokratikleşme sürecine geçiş yaptı. 1990'lı yıllara kadar demokrasi açısından nerdeyse hiç deneyimimi olmayan Azerbaycan, kısa süre içerisinde ilerleyişler elde etti. Fakat bu süreç halen istenilen düzeyde değildir. Bu tezde öncelikle genel olarak demokrasinin günümüze kadar olan değişim süreci ele alınmıştır. Özellikle Kapitalizm ve Sosyalizm, Liberal demokrasi ve Sosyal demokrasi karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Daha sonra Azerbaycan'da demokratikleşme süreci ele alınmıştır.
Developments in the world of the twentieth century, has led to significant changes. The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) after the collapse continued polarization (this polarization "to stand up against the capitalist and socialist" in the know said) has ended up to 1990 from 1960. The first so-called cold war period "Eastern Bloc", then the result of the dissolution of the USSR entered Socialism impasse that leads to this blog. The result after the collapse of the Eastern bloc countries that make up the country gained its independence from the USSR and made the transition to liberal policies of the new order. These countries used to having a closed state structures were restructured with the impact of globalization. Azerbaijan gained independence after the collapse of the USSR, the transition to the democratization process in order to adapt to the modern world made of. In terms of the democracy until the 1990s almost no experience without Azerbaijan, pleaded with the progress achieved in a short time. However, this process has not reached the desired level. This thesis is primarily dealt with the overall process of change to present democracy. Especially Capitalism and Socialism, Liberal democracy and Social democracy were comparatively investigated. Then democratization process in Azerbaijan were discussed.
