dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, uzaktan eğitim sürecinde ilk okuma yazma öğretiminin alternatif ölçme değerlendirme araçları ile çevrimiçi değerlendirilmesi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaç dahilinde; a) 4. Sınıf Türkçe dersinde Web 2.0 araçlarıyla geliştirilen ölçme değerlendirme araçlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerine, b) geliştirilen Web 2.0 ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının kullanılışlığına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerine, c) geliştirilen Web 2.0 ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının uygulanmasına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerine, d) geliştirilen Web 2.0 ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının öğrencideki etkisine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerine, e) geliştirilen Web 2.0 ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının kullanımına ilişkin öğrenci günlüklerinde yer alan görüşlerine bakılmıştır. Araştırmaya dördüncü sınıfta görev yapan üç sınıf öğretmeni ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin okuttuğu dördüncü sınıf öğretmenleri katılmıştır. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden "Tipik Örnekleme Yöntemi" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma eylem planlarının oluşturulması ve eylem planlarının uygulanması süreçlerinden oluşmaktadır. Eylem planları araştırmacı tarafından özgün bir şekilde oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçları, öğretmenler geliştirilen Web 2.0 ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının kullanışlı olduğunu, Türkçe derslerinde uygulamasının öğretmenlere ve öğrencilere olumlu etkilerinin olduğunu göstermektedir. Geliştirilen Web 2.0 ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının, öğrencilerin Türkçe derslerine olan meraklarında, duygu ve düşüncelerinde, ilgilerinde ve başarılarında olumlu yönde etkileri olmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this research, the online evaluation of the first literacy teaching in the distance education process with alternative assessment and evaluation tools was investigated. For this purpose; a) Teachers' views on the assessment and evaluation tools developed with Web 2.0 tools in the 4th Grade Turkish lesson, b) Teachers' views on the use of the developed Web 2.0 assessment and evaluation tools, c) Teachers' views on the application of the developed Web 2.0 assessment and evaluation tools, d) Web 2.0 assessment tools developed Teachers' views on the effect of assessment tools on students, e) their views on the use of developed Web 2.0 assessment and assessment tools in student diaries were examined. Three classroom teachers working in the fourth grade and the fourth grade teachers taught by the classroom teachers participated in the research. "Typical Sampling Method", one of the purposive sampling methods, was used in the research. Research consists of the creation of action plans and the implementation of action plans. The action plans were originally created by the researcher. The results of the research show that the Web 2.0 assessment and evaluation tools developed for teachers are useful, and its application in Turkish lessons has positive effects on teachers and students. The developed Web 2.0 assessment and evaluation tools had positive effects on students' curiosity, feelings and thoughts, interests and achievements in Turkish lessons.
