dc.description.abstractBu tezin amacı; Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi’nin, Türkiye ve Dünya Ülkeleri açısından önemini vurgulayarak yapılması gereken çalışmaları incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, öncelikle sanayi devrimleri kronolojik sırayla açıklanmıştır. Sonrasında Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi’nin temelini oluşturan kavramlar açıklanarak ülkelerin bu konuda yaptıkları araştırmalara değinilmiştir. Seçilen bazı ülkelerin gayri safi yurtiçi hasılalarından Ar-Ge harcamalarına ayırdıkları pay ele alınarak hangi ülkelerin Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi’ne daha çok önem verdikleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Türkiye’de gayri safi yurtiçi hasılanın hangi sosyo-ekonomik alanlara ne ölçekte pay edildiği, ihracat ve ithalat dengesi belirlenerek Türkiye’nin Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi’nin neresinde olduğu saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada yapılan literatür taraması ve belirlenen hususlar çerçevesinde Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi’ni erken dönemde gerçekleştiren ülkelerin geleceğin dünya siyasetinde söz sahibi olacağı tespit edilmiştir. dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this thesis is, emphasize the importance of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and in this context, to examine the studies that need to be done. In accordance with this purpose, Firstly, industrial revolutions have been explained chronologically. After that, the concepts that form the basis of Fourth Industrial Revolution have been explained and studies of the countries on this subject are mentioned. The rate allocated to R&D expenditures in gross national product of some selected countries has been examined and the importance given by countries to the fourth industrial revolution tried to be determined. The Turkey’s status within Fourth Industrial Revolution tried to be determined. Turkey's gross nation product has been determined that the rate used in which the socio-economic field. In this context, import and export balance has been determined. The literature search examinations in this thesis showed that the countries that realized the fourth industrial revolution in the early period will be decisive in the future politics.
