dc.description.abstractHane halklarının gelirlerini nereden elde ettikleri ve bu gelirlerini nasıl tüketime dönüştürdükleri iktisatçılar tarafından yıllardır incelenen bir konudur. Bundan dolayı, çalışmada Niğde ili hane halkının gelir eğilimleri, hane halkı reisinin gelir kaynakları, hane halkının toplam geliri, tasarruf eğilimleri ve tasarruflarını hangi yatırım araçlarına yönlendirdikleri incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme yapılırken Niğde ilinde yaşayan ve değişik mahallelerden seçilmiş 230 hane halkı araştırmanın temel örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Gelir ve tasarruf eğilimlerinden önce, gelir ile bağlantılı kavramlar ve bu kavramlarla ilgili bazı teoriler de açıklanmıştır. Tüketim, tüketimin gelir ile ilişkisi ayrıca hane halklarının tüketim davranışını anlamak için tüketim teorileri araştırılmıştır. Tasarruf, gelir ve tüketim ile ilgili yapılan ampirik çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Niğde hane halkının genel yapısı (eğitim, fiilen çalıştığı iş, sosyal güvenlik kurumu), gelir kaynakları, hangi oranda tasarruf yapıldığı ya da neden tasarruf yapılmadığı, tasarruf yapılması durumunda hangi araçları hangi amaçlar için tercih ettikleri hakkında bilgi verilmesi ve yorumlanması tez çalışmasının ana amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaca ulaşmak 230 hane halkı ile yapılan anketler yorumlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak ailelerin birçoğu tasarruf yapamamaktadır. Yatırım amaçlı borçlanmaları az fakat tüketim amacıyla borçlanmaları fazladır. Aileler genelde çocuklarının geleceğini güvence altına almak için tasarruf yapmaktadırlar ve bu tasarruflarını değerlendirmede daha çok altını araç olarak kullanmaktadırlar.
dc.description.abstractFor many years, economists have been studying the issue of where households attain their incomes and how this income is turned into consumption. That’s because the feature of whole economy is being effected of individuals reaction to the condition of the economy that is formed unexpectedly. Therefore, income tendency of household of Niğde city, income sources of the householder, total income of the household, saving tendency and investments they canalized their savings are examined in the work. While this work is on, 230 household is chosen from different districts of Niğde consisted of the basic sample of this search. Before determinig of income and saving tendency, terms related to income and some theories about these terms are also explained. Consumption, its’ connection with income and furthermore theories of comsumption are examined to figure out the household’s deal of comsumption. Empirical works about savings, income and consumption are surveyed. Giving information and explaining about general structure of the household of Niğde (education, actual job, social security association), income sources, saving rate or the reasons why saving is not done, in the condition of making investment what are their choices for aims constitute the purpose of the thesis work. Achieve this goal, a survey conducted with 230 households were interpreted. Most of the families cannot be able to make savings. While their own for investment is low, but their own for consumption is rather high. Families usually make an investment to secure their children's future and use gold as means to turn it into account.
