Eğitici çizgi romanların ilkokul 2. sınıf bölme işlemi konusunda başarı ve kalıcılığa etkisi

Özet
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı eğitici çizgi romanların ilkokul 2. sınıf bölme işlemi konusunda başarı ve kalıcılığa etkisini tespit etmektir. Çalışmada ön test-son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. "Akademik başarı testi" araştırmanın başlangıcında ve araştırma sonuçlandığında hem deney hem de kontrol grubu öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Deney grubu öğrencilerinin yer aldığı sınıfta çizgi roman destekli öğretim uygulanırken kontrol grubu sınıfında MEB planında var olan programa göre öğretim yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu araştırmadaki çalışma grubu 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılı ikinci döneminde Niğde ilinde bulunan bir devlet ilkokulunun 2. Sınıfları arasından belirlenen biri deney (21 öğrenci) biri kontrol grubu (21 öğrenci) olmak üzere iki sınıftan oluşmuştur. 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılının birinci döneminde veri toplama aracı, çizgi romanlar ve ders planları hazırlanmış ve uygulama yapılacak olan gruplar belirlenmiştir. 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılının 2. döneminde ise uygulama yapılmıştır. Doğal sayılarda bölme işlemi konusu MEB Matematik Programı'nda belirlenen ders saati ile kısıtlı kalınıp 4 hafta (16 ders saati) içinde öğrencilere uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda çizgi romanla öğretim yapılan deney grubu öğrencilerinin başarı puanları, kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin başarı puanları ile karşılaştırıldığında deney grubu öğrencileri lehine anlamlı bir fark oluştuğu dolayısıyla çizgi romanla yapılan eğitimin öğrenci başarısına olumlu katkı sağladığı belirlenmiştir. The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of educational comics on the success and permanence of the primary school 2nd grade division process. In the study, a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group was used. "Academic achievement test" was applied to both experimental and control group students at the beginning of the research and when the research was concluded. While comic book-supported instruction was applied in the classroom with the experimental group students, the control group was taught according to the program in the MEB plan. The study group in this study consisted of two classes, one experimental (21 students) and one control group (21 students), determined among the second grades of a public primary school in Niğde in the second term of the 2020-2021 academic year. In the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, data collection tool, comics and lesson plans were prepared and the groups to be applied were determined. In the second semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, the application was made. The subject of division of natural numbers was limited to the course hours determined in the MEB Mathematics Program and applied to the students in 4 weeks (16 course hours). As a result of the research, when the achievement scores of the experimental group students who were taught with comics were compared with the success scores of the control group students, it was determined that there was a significant difference in favor of the experimental group students, so that the education made with comics contributed positively to the success of the students.
