Okuma-yazma öğretiminde uzaktan eğitim sürecinde öğretmenlerin sorun yaşayan öğrencilere yönelik yaptıkları uygulamalar

Özet
Bu araştırmada sınıf öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitim sürecinde, okuma yazma becerilerini edinmede güçlük çeken öğrencilere dönük yaptıkları uygulamaları belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Böylece okuma ve yazma güçlüğü çeken öğrencilere dönük yapılan uygulamalar sistemli bir şekilde çalışma içeriğinde verilmiş ve sınıf öğretmenlerine bu konuda bir çerçeve sunulmuştur. Araştırma, nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması kapsamında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde ise amaçlı örnekleme türlerinden ölçüt örnekleme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, Gaziantep ili Şehitkamil ilçesinde görev yapmakta olan, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında birinci sınıf öğretmeni olarak görev yapan ve mesleki kıdemi 5-20 yıl arasında olan sınıf öğretmenleri araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama tekniği olarak görüşme kullanılmıştır. Görüşmeleri gerçekleştirmek amacıyla, araştırmacı tarafından yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Yapılan görüşmeler video olarak kaydedilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde ise içerik analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrencilerin bir kısmının teknolojik araçlara ulaşmakta zorluk çektiği, internet alt yapısının bazı bölgelerde yetersiz olduğu, velilerin uzaktan eğitim sürecine fazla müdahil olmalarının yarattığı birtakım zorluklar, iletişim kopuklukları gibi genel sorunların yanı sıra okuma ve yazma öğretimi süreçleri için de kendi bağlamlarında birçok güçlük tespit edilmiş ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin bu güçlükleri gidermeye yönelik birçok uygulama gerçekleştirdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the practices of classroom teachers towards students who have difficulty in acquiring literacy skills during the distance education process. Thus, the applications for students with reading and writing difficulties were systematically given in the content of the study and a framework was presented to the first grade teachers. The research was carried out within the scope of case study, one of the qualitative research designs. In determining the study group of the research, criterion sampling technique, which is one of the purposeful sampling types, was used. In this direction, primary school teachers working in the Şehitkamil district of Gaziantep province, working as first grade teachers in the 2020-2021 academic year and having a professional seniority of 5-20 years, constituted the study group of the research. Interview was used as data collection technique in the research. In order to conduct the interviews, a semi-structured interview form was prepared by the researcher. The interviews were recorded as video. Content analysis technique was used in the analysis of the obtained data. According to the findings obtained as a result of the research, some of the students have difficulty in accessing technological tools, the internet infrastructure is insufficient in some regions, some difficulties caused by parents' excessive involvement in the distance education process, communication breakdowns, as well as many problems in their own contexts for the reading and writing teaching processes. difficulties were identified and classroom teachers were asked to shoot videos, send ready-made videos, raise awareness of parents, ask them to send videos, etc. to overcome these difficulties. It has been concluded that many applications have been made.
