Özet
The purpose of this research is to determine whetherthe students’ perceptions about the quality of theservice in higher education and school climate differsignificantly in terms of different variables. The research also aims to investigate whether there exists asignificant relation between the quality of service inhigher education and school climate. The study groupof the research consists of 588 students at a stateuniversity in 2017-2018 academic years. The data wasobtained through the ‘Scale of Service Quality inHigher Education’ and ‘School Climate Scale’. It wasconcluded that there is a positive, medium and significant relation between service quality and schoolclimate. The results also revealed that school climateperceptions differ significantly in terms of school typeand university club membership variables while service quality perceptions differ significantly in terms ofgender, order of school preference and grade level.
