Niğde İlinde Kurulabilecek Rüzgar Enerjisi Santralinin Fiziksel Ve Ekonomik Analizi

Özet
Sanayinin ve teknolojinin her geçen gün hızla gelişmesi, buna karşılık mevcut enerji kaynaklarının sınırlı olması, ülkemizin enerji kaynaklarına olan ihtiyacını artırmaktadır. Türkiye'nin büyük oranda ithalat yoluyla enerji talebini karşılıyor olması, dışa olan bağımlılığını artırmıştır. Günümüzde gelişmiş birçok ülke enerji problemini çözmek için; Güneş, rüzgar, dalga, biyokütle gibi yenilenebilir enerjilere yönelmiştir. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından biri olan rüzgar enerjisi ile ilgili yatırımlar son yıllarda hızlı bir artış göstermektedir. Dünya genelinde birçok ülke rüzgar enerjisi kullanımını teşvik etmektedir. Bu nedenle, ülkemizin enerji talebinin karşılanabilmesi için biz de mevcut rüzgar potansiyelimizi değerlendirmemiz gerekir. Bu çalışmada ilk olarak, enerji kaynakları hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Rüzgar enerjisinin Türkiye?deki ve Dünya'daki durumu ile ilgili teorik ve istatistiksel bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra ise rüzgar enerjisinin fiziksel özelliklerine yer verilmiştir. Son kısımda, Niğde ilinin rüzgar enerjisi potansiyelinin varlığını göz önüne serilmiştir. Türkiye Rüzgar Enerjisi Potansiyeli Atlası ( REPA) verilerini kullanarak ve RETScreen programı ile kurulabilecek rüzgar santralinin fiziksel ve ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; Niğde ilinin rüzgar enerjisinin fiziksel ve ekonomik analizi sonucunda elektrik enerjisi üretiminin mevcut şartlara göre şu an için ekonomik olduğunu söyleyebiliriz
The rapid development of industry and technology with each passing day, whereas that it is limited to the available energy sources, has increased the need for energy sources in our country. That Turkey meets energy demand by largely through imports, has increased its dependence on export. . Investments about wind energy that is one of the renewable energy sources have shown a rapid increase in the last few years. Many countries around the world promotes the use of wind power. Therefore, in order to meet the energy demand of our country, we need to evaluate the existing wind potential. In this study, firstly, it has been examined the physical aspect of wind energy; the theoretical and statistical information about the state of the wind energy in the world and in Turkey are given. In the second part, for wind energy ,the European Union and Turkey?s wind energy policies and incentives have been discussed. In the last part, the presence of the wind energy potential in the center of the province of Nigde has been demonstrated.By using datas of Turkey Wind Energy Potential Atlas (REPA) and physical and economic analysis of wind power central that will be planted by RETScreen package program has been analysized. Consequently, as result of of physical and economic analysis of the wind energy of Niğde we can say economic according to the prevailing conditions as a result of physical and economic analysis of the cost for the moment …
