Patateste (Solanum tuberosum L.) gibberellik asit uygulamasının bitki gelişimiyle verim ve kalite üzerine etkileri

Özet
Bu çalı?ma, farklı dozlarda Gibberellik asit (GA3) uygulamasının bitki geli?imi, verim ve kalite üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla, 2019 yılında Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Üniversitesi Tarım Bilimleri ve Teknolojileri Fakültesi Ara?tırma ve Uygulama Alanı'nda yürütülmü?tür. Denemede, erkenci Marabel, orta erkenci Alegria ve orta geççi Agria patates çe?itleri kullanılmı?, yumru dikimleri 5.1 metre uzunluğunda 70 x 30 cm aralıklı 4 sıradan olu?an parsellere el ile yapılmı?tır. Deneme, çe?itler ana parsellere ve GA3 uygulamaları (0, 25, 50 ve 100 mg GA3/l) alt parsellere gelecek ?ekilde tesadüf bloklarında bölünmü? parseller deneme desenine göre üç tekrarlamalı olarak kurulup yürütülmü?tür. Gibberellik asit uygulamaları dikimden sonra 50. günde yapraklara püskürtme ?eklinde uygulanmı?tır. Çalı?ma sonucunda, GA3 uygulamasının çe?itlerde SPAD değerlerini azalttığı, ocak ba?ına yumru sayısını ve yumru verimini arttırdığı, ancak ortalama yumru ağırlığının azalmasına neden olduğu saptanmı?tır. Çalı?mada, GA3 dozunun artı?ına bağlı olarak tüm çe?itlerde yumru verimi de artmı? ve en yüksek yumru verimi 6514.0 kg/da ile 100 mg GA3/l uygulamasından elde edilmi?tir. Genel olarak artan GA3 dozları, yumru kuru madde ve ni?asta oranında azalmaya neden olmu?tur. Ayrıca, GA3 uygulamalarının yumrularda ?ekil bozulmalarına yol açtığı, dozun artması ile ?ekil bozukluklarının da artı? gösterdiği saptanmı?tır. This study was conducted to determine the effects of GA3 of different doses on plant growth, tuber yield and some tuber quality traits at the Field of Research and Application of Plant Production and Technology Faculty, Nigde Omer Halisdemir University in 2019 year. In the experiment three variant of potato, (early Marabel, medium early Alegria and medium late Agria) potato varieties were used, tuber plantings were made by hand in 4-row parcels of 5.1 meter length 70 x 30 cm apart. The experiment was set up and executed in three replications according to the trial pattern, divided into random blocks, with assortment to the main parcels and GA3 applications (0, 25, 50 and 100 mg GA3 / l). Gibberellic acid applications were applied to the leaves by spraying on the 50th day (during flowering) after planting. As a result of the study, it was found that the application of GA3 reduced SPAD values in all cultivars, significantly increased the number of tubers and tuber yield per burner, but decreased the average tuber's weight. In the study, tuber yield was increased in all cultivars due to the increase in GA3 dose and the highest tuber yield was obtained from 100 mg GA3 / l application with 6514.0 kg / da. Overall, increased doses of GA3 resulted in a reduction in tuber dry matter and starch ratio. In addition, it was found that GA3 applications cause deformations in tubers and deformities increase with increasing dose.
