dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada amaç, fen bilimleri dersinde kullanılmak üzere akıllı telefonlar ve tabletler için geliştirilen Android tabanlı mobil uygulamaya yönelik fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini incelemektir. Çalışmanın araştırma grubunu 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında fen bilimleri öğretmeni olarak görev yapan, uygulamayı derslerinde kullanmayı kabul eden 14 fen bilimleri öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubu amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden tipik durum örneklemesi ile belirlenmiştir. Geliştirilen mobil uygulama öğretmenler tarafından kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde nitel araştırmalarda yer alan içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Görüşmeler sonucunda her bir öğretmenden elde edilen verilerin analizi, açık ve eksensel kodlama aşamalarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda tema, kategori ve kodlar belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın birinci alt probleminden elde edilen veriler sonucunda "Android Tabanlı Mobil Uygulamaları Kullanmaya Yönelik Görüşler" teması bulunmuştur. Bu tema doğrultusunda "Öğretim Sürecinde Kullanımı", "Öğretim Süreci Dışında Kullanımı", "Özelliklerine Yönelik Görüşler" kategorileri elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci alt probleminden elde edilen veriler sonucunda "Geliştirilen Android Tabanlı Mobil Uygulamayı Kullanmanın Mesleki Gelişime Katkısı Bakımından Görüşler" teması bulunmuştur. Bu tema doğrultusunda "Öğretim Yöntem ve Teknikleri Açısından Sağladığı Katkılara Yönelik Görüşler" ve "Dersin Bilimsel Kaynağı Olarak Görülmesine Yönelik Görüşler" kategorileri elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci alt probleminden elde edilen veriler sonucunda "Fen Öğretmeyi Kolaylaştırmasına Yönelik Öğretmen Görüşleri" teması bulunmuştur. Bu tema doğrultusunda "Öğrenciye Sağladığı Katkılar Bakımından Fen Öğretimlerini Kolaylaştırmasına Yönelik Görüşler", "Ders Kaynağı Olarak Kullanılması ile Fen Öğretimlerini Kolaylaştırmasına Yönelik Görüşler" ve "Uygulama Özelliklerine Göre Fen Öğretimlerini Kolaylaştırmasına Yönelik Görüşler" kategorileri elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın dördüncü alt probleminden elde edilen veriler sonucunda "Bu Çalışma İçin Geliştirilen Android Tabanlı Mobil Uygulamanın Daha Çok Geliştirilmesine Yönelik Öneriler" teması bulunmuştur. Bu tema doğrultusunda "Uygulama Özelliklerinin Geliştirilmesi" ve "Ders Kaynağı Bakımından Eklenmesi Gereken Özellikler" kategorileri elde edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the views of science teachers towards the Android based mobile application developed for smartphones and tablets to be to used in science courses. The research group of the study consists of 14 science teachers working as science teachers in the 2017-2018 academic year and they accepting to use the application in their courses. The study group was determined with typical case sampling, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. The mobile application which was developed was used by these teachers. As data collection tools, semi-structured interview forms which were developed by the researcher and personal information forms were used. The content analysis method used in qualitative research was used in the evaluation of the data obtained from in the study. As a result of the interviews, the data obtained from each teacher was analyzed in open and axial coding stages. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained in the study, themes, categories and codes were determined. As a result of the data obtained from the first sub-problem of the research, the theme "Views towards Using Android-Based Mobil Applications" was found. In line with this theme, the categories "Using in Teaching Process", "Using in Teaching Process" and "Views towards Features" were obtained. As a result of the data obtained from the seconds sub-problem of the research, the theme "Views towards Contribution of Using Android-Based Mobile Application to Professional Development" was found. In line with this theme, categories "Views towards Contributions to Teaching Methods and Techniques" and "Views towards the Course as a Scientific Source" were obtained. As a result of the data obtanied from the third sub-problem of the research, the theme "Teachers Opinions on Facilitating Science Teaching" was found. In line with this theme, categories "Views on Facilitating Science Teaching by Using as a Course Source" and "Views Towards Facilitating Science Teaching in Terms of Practice" were obtained. As a result of the data obtained from the fourth sub-problem of the research, the theme "Suggestions for Further Development of Android-Based Mobile Application Developed for this Study" was found. In line with this theme, the categories of "Development of Application Features" and "Features to be Added in Terms of Course Resources" were obtained.
