Özet
Nigde bölgesinde son yıllarda sanayi domatesi üretimi oldukça artmış, hasadın Akdeniz sahilinden sonra olması domates sanayinin ilgisi çekmeye başlamıştır. Buna bağlı olarak Niğde ve ilçelerinde sanayi domatesi üretimi artmış potansiyel üretim alanı haline gelmeye başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada Niğde ve ilçelerinde yetiştiriciliği yoğun yapılan hem sofralık hem de sanayide kullanılan Zeplin ve Sun 6216 çeşitlerinin fitokimyasal içerikleri araştırılmıştır. Yetiştiricilik sezonu içerisinde çeşitlere aynı gübreleme ve sulama programları uygulanmıştır. Yetiştiricilik yapılan toprak tipi ve toprak analizleri oldukça benzer olan tek çiftçiye ait alanda yetiştiriciliği yapılmıştır. Böylece Niğde üreticisi tarafından performansları belirlenmiş, yüksek verim elde edildiği belirtilen bu çeşitlerin kimyasal içerikleri de tespit edilmiş olacaktır.
In the Niğde region, the production of industrial tomatoes has increased considerably in recent years, and the interest of the tomato industry has begun to attract attention because the harvest has arrived late after the Akdeniz coast. As a result, the production of industrial tomatoes in Niğde and its districts increased and became a potential production area. In this study will be investigated the phytochemical contents of Zeplin (Firm: Vilmorin) and Sun 6216 (Firm: Nunhems ) cultivated intensively in Niğde and its provinces. During the growing season, the same fertilization and irrigation programs were applied. Soil type and soil analysis are very similar to each other. Thus, the Niğde producers determined their performances, and the chemical content of these varieties, which are indicated as having high efficiency, will be determined.
