dc.description.abstractKadın erkek eşitliği, toplumsal cinsiyet gibi kavramların yaşadığımız çağda önem kazanmasıyla birlikte gerek sosyal yaşamda, gerek ders kitaplarında ya da reklamlarda toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliğine vurgu yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda geleceğimizin yetişkinleri olacak olan öğrencilerin toplumsal cinsiyet algılarının belli değişkenler açısından incelenme gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu araştırma, ilkokul ve lise öğrencilerinin toplumsal cinsiyet algılarının cinsiyet, sınıf seviyesi, okul türü ve annenin çalışma durumuna göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma grubu olarak 2018-2019 eğitim- öğretim yılında Niğde İlinde okuyan 405 ilkokul, 527 lise öğrencisi olmak üzere toplam 932 öğrenci seçilmiştir. Öğrencilere "Kadın Erkek Eşitliği Farkındalık Anketi" uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 13.0 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Ölçek sonuçları bağımsız gruplar t-testi ve ANOVA ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrencilerin toplumsal cinsiyet algılarının cinsiyet, sınıf seviyesi, okul türü ve annenin çalışma durumuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Kadın öğrencilerin, annesi çalışan öğrencilerin, Anadolu lisesi öğrencilerinin ve lise öğrencilerinin toplumsal cinsiyet algılarının diğer öğrencilere oranla daha eşitlikçi tutum sergilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractWith the emphasis on gender equality in social life, in textbooks or in advertisements, with concepts such as gender equality and gender gaining importance in our age. In this context, it has become necessary to examine the gender perceptions of students who will be the adults of our future in terms of certain variables. This study was carried out to examine whether the gender perceptions of primary and high school students differ according to gender, grade level, school type and the mother's employment status. A total of 932 students, 405 primary school and 527 high school students, were selected as the research group in the 2018-2019 academic year in Niğde. The "Gender Equality Awareness Questionnaire" was applied to the students. SPSS 13.0 statistics program was used in the analysis of the data. Scale results were analyzed by independent groups t-test and ANOVA. According to the findings of the study, it was found that the gender perceptions of the students showed statistically significant differences according to gender, class level, school type and working status of the mother. It was concluded that the gender perceptions of female students, working mothers, Anatolian high school students and high school students were more egalitarian than other students.
