Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin FATİH Projesi kapsamında ki teknolojileri kullanabilme algılarını belirlemek ve çeşitli değişkenlere göre öğretmenlerin FATİH Projesi teknolojilerini kullanabilme algıları arasında anlamlı düzeyde farklılıklar olup olmadığını incelemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi ve kesitsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ankara ili Gölbaşı ilçesinde bulunan devlet okullarında görev yapmakta olan 350 adet öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Ayrıca bir örneklem alınmamıştır. Araştırmada Kocaoğlu (2013) tarafından geliştirilen FATİH Projesi Teknolojileri Öğretmen Anketi kullanılmıştır. Tüm öğretmenlere ölçek araştırmacı tarafından ulaştırılmış ve çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılmak isteyen 180 adet öğretmenden dönüt alınmıştır. Ancak araştırmada ankette bulunan sorulara eksiksiz yanıt veren 150 adet öğretmenin doldurmuş olduğu anket kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 72 kadın, 78 erkek öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin analizi için bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 13 programı kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler t-testi ve ANOVA testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizi sonucunda araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmenlerin FATİH Projesi kapsamındaki teknolojileri kullanabilme algıları orta düzeyde çıkmıştır. Teknoloji kullanım algıları arasında cinsiyete, branşa ve öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları okul türüne göre farklılık bulunmamıştır fakat mesleki kıdem yılı, mezun olunan okul türüne, teknoloji kullanım kursuna katılım durumuna ve üniversitede okurken aldıkları eğitime göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. The purpose of this study is to determine teachers 'perceptions of using technologies within the FATİH Project and to examine whether there are significant differences between teachers perceptions of using FATİH Project technologies according to various variables. In the research, quantitative research method and cross-sectional screening model were used. The study group of the research consists of 350 teachers working in public schools in Gölbaşı district of Ankara. In addition, a sample was not taken. The scale was delivered to all teachers by the researcher and feedback was received from 180 teachers who volunteered to participate in the study. However, in the research, a questionnaire filled by 150 teachers who answered the questions in the questionnaire was used. 72 female and 78 male teachers participated in the study. In the research, SPSS 13 program was used in computer environment for data analysis. The collected data were analysed by t-test and ANOVA test. According to the fındings obtained from the research as a result of the analysis of the data, teacher's perceptions of using technologies within the scope of the FATİH Project were moderate. There was no difference in the perception of technology use according to gender, branch and the type of school in which teachers worked, but there were signifıcant differences in terms of professional seniority year, type of school graduated, participation in technology use course, and education in university.
